EXCELLENT TALENT AND HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT

Avoiding errors in work schedules and how to improve production, especially in very talented people with a very high IQ.

Elon Musk's talent is admirable; my congratulations on his achievements. But it is my duty to guide you against erroneous thoughts regarding excellent work, human talent, intelligence, and wisdom.

I am living testimony to what can be equivalent to super studies in behavioral analysis, productivity, and talent. And everything that follows is conclusive; it's not theory, and we don't have to wait for results

.
ENTHUSIASM AND FAITH GENERATE INTELLIGENCE AND TALENT

By 1984, the first IBM AT computer, or IBM Personal Computer AT, was launched on the market, and the Xerox Alto was the first PC with a graphical interface, and MacOS.

Data Processing and Word Processing didn't exist, so Banco de Ponce asked me:

_ Victor, do you think you can create customer welcome letters by reading our data on the Main Frame computer, making spelling corrections, and creating various letter templates for printing?

I thought for 3.5 seconds and replied.

_Of course I can.

The graphics system didn't exist on Main Frame computers, only on personal PCs, and without any integration.

In record time, I handed over the new system. Then, full of satisfaction, they told me:

_This bank is ahead of its time in technology. Can you create a system with our data to print bar charts, line charts, and pie charts?

I thought for 5 seconds and replied:

_Of course I can.

And not only did I do it, but I created many options they hadn't thought of, and they had the option to select everything they needed without needing a personal PC, without needing Xeros, without wasting time making selections; everything was automatic.

I generated these graphics by performing mathematical calculations using formulas I developed, manipulating the last 4 bits of a byte, and using dot matrix printers.

Why am I telling you this?

To illustrate that the food of talent is confidence, self-confidence.
Here's a tip for your psychological analysts and intellectual doctors.

I failed every exam I took to apply for a job as a computer programmer. So much so that an experienced programmer told me:

"Look, you're not cut out to be a computer programmer, look for another profession."

I felt terrible about that response, and mentally, and angrily, I said to myself:

"It's your mother who's not cut out to be a computer programmer."

NOW FOR THE INTERESTING BIT

Elon Musk, my friend, listen carefully to my experience and advice.
My brilliance in talent was made possible by the opportunity of some visionary executives who were well-versed in investing money in this specialized type of work, and had the money to invest, and it was extremely successful for them.

On that occasion, I performed a self-assessment, and this is my conclusion, which I represent in the form of a graph:

I noticed that when I started the workday, I was at my peak production and capacity. As the workday progressed, productivity decreased.

I experimented with working longer, more hours in the same day, and the result was that that week, productivity decreased. I produced less, I didn't make progress on projects; on the contrary, it slowed down.

Anything that exceeds these parameters is a waste of talent and productivity.
In cases where the work is urgent, and effective results are required, my suggestion is the following:

IN CASE OF EMERGENCY

Create two work shifts:
7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a 1-hour lunch
4:30 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. with a 45-minute lunch

Between 4:30 p.m. and 5:00 p.m., the outgoing shift coordinates with the incoming shift the continuity of each project.

IN CASE OF MAJOR EMERGENCY

Create three work shifts for the same techniques.

STAFF SELECTION

In addition to the selection routine, it is important that the person, if married, has a stable marriage. Interview and investigate their spouse. If they have children, make sure they are not problematic, such as drug use, disorderly living, etc.

TRIAL PERIOD

To evaluate highly talented individuals, some may be selected or eliminated after the first day of work, others after two days, and so on, up to 7 working days.
It's important to limit the work to a maximum of 5 consecutive days, have a pleasant office environment, and keep motivation in mind.

Motivation and the person feeling important are very important. That's why I suggest you look at my professional profile.

I want to emphasize these thoughts:

  • Humility, never being arrogant

  • Great respect for others

  • Least you know, that person can give you an important idea or solution.

My last piece of advice on this topic, for now

Knowledge is one thing, intelligence (IQ) is another, but the big difference lies in wisdom.

Wisdom uses knowledge and intelligence strategically, is prudent, avoids problems, and has foresight.

I've seen very intelligent people with a high IQ, people with a lot of knowledge, all of this lacking wisdom, and such a person is a risk; he doesn't reflect emotional stability.

The Bible says, and I can attest to this from my own experience:

Prov. 9:10 The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom: and the knowledge of the holy is understanding.

Job 12:13 With him is wisdom and strength, and he has counsel and understanding.

TALENT and WORK

The House of Inventions

I give you my idea, my project, and it may be that many have thought the same or better than me.

No one is a super genius; God's design is for us to love one another, to help one another, and that's the least of it in this world. But blessed are those who manage to do it; they will be called children of God.

The project is simple.

Create a foundation.

Have a large space to welcome all inventors, those who invent a machine, a piece of furniture, a device that generates energy, a cure for a disease, in all areas of science and economics.
Select a team of lawyers to handle copyrights and patent negotiations.

Select several people, talent scouts, who are responsible for conducting a preliminary evaluation of the person and their invention. If approved, it moves to the facilities to schedule the appropriate process for each case.

Provide housing and parking on the premises, especially for people coming from other countries.

People in charge of overseeing every detail and reporting on the progress or perfection of the invention.

Final stage: Prepare the marketing and sales plan for the invention.

This may seem like a bit of a fantasy, but it's a reality only for visionaries. It's a reality that there are hundreds of people with inventions who lack the mechanism to achieve their goals. Some of them invented something very good, but they were sent to be killed. We want to help those people.

Always be aware that there are industries that can be affected by these inventions, greedy people capable of murdering for money. That's what strategy is for: they either join forces or remain in the past.

REMEMBER

It is prophesied, this is the time of the United States of America.
